What does Core Stability have to do with Visual Perception?

This research documented significant improvements in visuoperceptual function in children with cerebral palsy following a program of neck and trunk stabilization exercises.

The support of our head and eyes for visual perceptual function is dependent on our ability to maintain balance. Mature balance reactions are underpinned by good stability of the trunk. Here is a fun activity idea that looks at combining core stability work with a visual perceptual activity.
